Refund Policy

• Refunds are not available for courses or memberships.
• You may return most new, unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (price of product plus sales tax if applicable).
• Items should be returned in their original product packaging.
• Please note, videos that have been opened and any products that have been used will not be accepted.
• Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment, minus initial shipping costs which are non-refundable. 
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is a result of our error; in that case, we will pay the return shipping costs.
